Awful performance on The Division Open Beta with the r9 390

Not sure if anyone else noticed the same, I've been reading about it on other subreddits and forums as well. I set the game to medium-high and I barely get 40 fps on the outside areas. Inside I can usually get 60, but for a card like this it's pretty underwhelming.

I know that it is a beta, but other cards are getting good performance. Hell, people with the r9 380 are saying that they can get stable 60 fps with the same settings.

Maybe you guys can share some tweaks that I may not know about?
