dipping while living in a apartment

Just wondering are there any dippers here who lives in a apartment? Planning to dip my car but having the biggest struggle of finding a good spot to dip my car. My apartments garage is underground, I thought of renting a power generator to use my hvlp gun there but not sure if its a good idea or not... There wont be any cars parked next to me btw.
