A couple of annoyances I've noticed in SF V

V

So yesterday I made a post in which I noted down some details about the matches I played, mostly because I was bored and frustrated with the long times between my matches. I can happily say that today I haven't had to wait longer than 10 minutes for more than once and I've even gotten so far as getting a match within 2 minutes every so often. But I decided to continue for today and note a few things I've noticed.

Firstly: LP gains are bullshit, I fought a guy with 200 LP less and I got 58 LP while a guy with 450 LP more gave me only 68 with the "normal" gain being 65. Meanwhile most losses will lose you 25 points, scaling to either 18-32, could go further than those 2 regions but that's what I've personally noticed. That seems like ridiculously slow increases or decreases for way more skilled or less skilled opponents.

Secondly: The results screen are really pretty useless, we know we're gonna get 50 fight money per win, why's that even there? The "offensive-defensive" meter seems to hugely change what I am with every match I play, maybe that's the intended use but seems very unreliable. Experience points are so small by the time I've read everything the screen already faded away. Also, why do I need to see again how many rounds were won/lost? I think I can remember that for 5 seconds longer than the end of the match.

thirdly and this is the thing that frustrates me the most: Look at Birdies necklace in his pre-fight loading screen pose, the chain he's holding keeps clipping through his necklace. Seriously Capcom, what DID you spend your time on with this game? Definitely not the story mode artwork or getting everything to work properly. Despite faster times between matches I still haven't been able to join a battle lounge.

I'm also still regularly fighting people with hundreds more to double LP of mine, I realize that I'm still a noob at this game at just a mere 300 LP average but most of the games I lose are because I'm forced to fight a person with double LP to sometimes even a thousand more LP than me, that seems like a fairly huge differences. I don't understand why matchmaking can't be limited to people into your own "skill group" until you reach a certain point treshold.
