Got a frozen raw duck breast, how to get meals for 3 different days out of it?

So I brought a bargain of a duck breast. I've had it from the same supplier before and it was tastey. Only problem is, it's big enough for 3 meals for me... but it's frozen in one big breast. If I brought it from the fridge section I would've cut it up and froze it in portions. But they only had frozen duck from France.

Am I going to have to defrost and cook it all together and then eat it on 3 consecutive days? I'd rather savour it and eat a portion maybe every 4-6 days. Duck is a luxury for me, but for duck this worked out relatively cheap and I couldn't resist.

In the past I splashed out and cooked in one go and split it between my boyfriend and I. But I don't cook for him very often.... and would rather just have it in 3 meals for myself :p

I'm not sure if I could confit it and it would then keep longer? I've only heard of confit duck leg. I'm not sure about cooking it then freezing two cooked portions either...
