Long loading times for textures

hey first post here i wanted to know if the long time it takes to load the textures was a problem on my side or ubi side since im planning on buying the game an its going to be a bit annoying having to wait a couple of minutes without moving because otherwise my character just plummets out of the map theres also the fact that my fps never go below 55 i have a evga gtx970 8gb ram and an amd A8-7600 R7 and a 10mb internet conection some insight in whats happening would be appreciated ty beforehand.
