Just diagnosed with disease and will have to find new work, suggestions?

So I was just recently diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis which is an arthritis in the spine. Long story short, any job where I'm sedentary isn't going to be good for me long term, and I'm currently employed in an office working for a large financial institution. I've been thinking of what I'd be interested in and anything outdoors where I don't have to deal with people, I'd be interested in. I was even thinking of a forestry type job, but not sure how much training they require and how easy or hard they are to get into. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)
