[help] Arrow release delay

Hey guys I started having a problem. First of all I'm gonna say it's not the pc, it's the game. It started happening today. I use "Violens" killcam mod that for some reason only works in 3rd person with the bows, so whenever I get a kill cam, after that the bow has a second or 2 delay to release the arrow. I pull, release mouse button, 1 potato, 2 pota- arrow released. If I sheathe and unsheathe it fixes but it doesn't work quite well when I'm trying to kill a bunch of bandits charging at me and I also like the killcams. I have no idea what is causing it. Here comes the weird part. Just as I was writing this I decided to check different arrows. I maximized the game again and switched from elven to steel arrows and it didn't happen. But wait there's more, after I changed back to elven arrows it wouldn't happen either. I'm thinking it's just gone for now but it will come again. If anyone has had this happen to before, if you have a fix, do tell. If not I will just go over here and start writing a post, maximize on the middle of it and go back to the game. Who knows, Reddit may be magical.
