Freemie collection cups... what can you tell me?!

I start a new job in 2 weeks, full time, and I'm concerned about losing my supply for my 8 month old. Since she normally sleeps through the night, she can have hungry days where she takes anywhere from 4-5 bottles or not so hungry days where she only takes maybe 3. She also refuses to nurse at bedtime and has been taking an 8oz bottle every night since she was 4 months old. She's the boss. We do it her way.

At my new job, I'm not sure what my pumping situation will be and I don't want to be a huge inconvenience because this is a high pressure job and I will be very busy. How does everyone feel about the freemie collection cups?

Are they discreet enough that I could sit in an open office plan and pump? Do they spill easily? I'm very busty (44H) and would they even work for my breast size? Does anyone have the full pump set? Is it loud like the medela PISA pumps are (I swear that thing is louder than a herd of heffalumps)?
