AFKs in missions is becoming too common.

This might be some rose colored glasses on my part, but I swear that 6 months ago I never saw as many AFKs as I am seeing now. With the introduction of sorties, it seems like every other time I get a player who does nothing until the last minute of the mission, comes back, kills 1 or 2 enemies, then says "Thnx guys!"

http://imgur.com/tCoDv7I An example of this just happening. Sortie 2 interception, took about 15 minutes, this guy came back last minute and killed a total of 11 people.

Another issue is when people join the underwater tilesets and go AFK in the archwing underwater so they can leech the experience from the people on the surface. They will never leave the water during the entire mission, particularly if it is something like a survival.

Is there an effective way to report these people? With no vote kick option, its either I leave and waste my time to punish him, or I just continue the mission and be angry about it.
