Trouble sourcing replacement tires

Hey folks,

I'm having issues sourcing some decent affordable tires for my car. I bought 4 rims with tires at 50% tread last fall for $200. They're blitz type 01 rims, Toyo 215/40Zr16 tires.

I think I now understand why the PO wanted to get rid of those rims. There doesn't seem to be much available for that specific profile. There's plenty of offerings for 215/70r16, but the current tires I have scrub on the fenders as it is, so I really don't want to go for anything higher than /40.

I know I could get Kuhmos for my previous miata at ~$65/tire. Any ideas for some similarly priced tires that would fit my current wheels?
