Need help formulating the ultimate firecracker recipe!

Yo! So I've attempted to make fire crackers twice now; the first attempts were duds, only hitting about a {3}; the second attempt resulting in my mom eating half so I didn't get to experience the full effects. I know these can get you fucked up if done right, I just don't want to waste more weed trying to perfect a recipe, so I'm asking my fellow frients to hook me up with some advice on this one. My biggest concern is to decarb or nah as lots of recipes vary when it comes to it. Lemme know about your process of making bomb ass firecrackers!!

Update: Thank you all for the feedback! With your insight and references I've been researching how to draw out the full potency when baking with flower. My dad just left for work and I've started making the firecrackers. Hoping for the best and thanks again!!
