Considering getting the Micro Jig Grippers

Anyone have experience with these? There are a few different models apparently. I need to get two of them. Trying to decide on http://www.amazon.com/dp/B014RDR67A?psc=1 or http://www.amazon.com/dp/B014RC96R4?psc=1

Not really sure if the extra money is worth it.
