Old news about the new Padres hats but I feel like this needs to be talked about...

So if you haven't heard yet, there were plenty of mess ups with the new 2016 Padres ASG and alternate hats (http://www.gaslampball.com/2016/1/28/10838474/an-offseason-of-hat-errors). The errors have since been fixed by New Era and the hats sold online are now the correct hats.

If you are like me, you like to buy your hats in store to make sure it fits correctly. Unfortunately when I went to the Sports Fever near me they had pulled all new hats and I was told the chances of them receiving the updated hats before opening day is "very slim".

When I went to Lids I found that they are STILL selling the incorrect hats and when I asked about them getting the correct ones they told me they didn't even know that the current hats they were selling were messed up. Good job Lids.

This whole situation is a god damn mess and now I have to sit and wait for these hats to be fixed in store. Not sure I have seen something like this happen before and it's ridiculous that I have to wait months for the fixed product to be available in store.
