A little help...

Sorry if this isnt the right place for this. I have a Laptop that runs a Geforce GTX 970m graphics card and a Intel I7 4720 processor @ 2.60 ghz and only 8 gigs of ram. Am I better of buying an oculus or Vive and knowing I wont be able to play the higher up games, or should I buy the PSVR, knowing that its inferior but Ill be able to run every game?
