Thoughts/idea's for PCS process

Here is an idea I have been thinking about for a new PCS process. Individuals who hold correlating positions with eligibility for PCS log their preferred locations into a program such as the dream sheet. The program will then cross reference the locations with the correlating positions and notify AFPC for consideration.

Airman Snuffy with position #2X021 stationed at AFB-A puts a request for a PCS to AFB-B, and Airman Doe with position #2X021 stationed at AFB-B puts a request for a PCS to AFB-A. The System would flag both Airman Snuffy's and Airmen Doe's request for PCS. The System then sends the package to AFPC for consideration.

If this system would become a reality, it would improve morale and broaden the experience for AFSC's across the AF. It would also help develop the well rounded Airmen giving them different aspects of mission objectives across Commands.

This is just a idea, but let me know what you think and please provide any other ideas on ways to improve the PCS process.
