[NA] Texas Pre-patch DMG,1k hrs, current MG1, looking for non-reactive people to play MM or 3rd party MM with.

Seeking other like-minded players with a focus on improving as a team. I want to avoid the asshole roulette that is MM. I'm a 31 y/o military veteran who works full time and generally play between 6-11 central. I do not rage or tolerate ragers--once again I seek to steadily improve without playing with a bunch of pissed off children.

I queue with a couple other Novas, your rank does not matter to me, but I would prefer you have 800+ hours. Age is also of no consequence, but I notice that younger players seem to struggle with managing their negativity. I don't quit on games no matter the score and I expect the same from my teammates.
