What sort of differences do you think there should be for car camping vs. Backpacking?

And by car camping, I don't really mean sleeping in your car or an RV, I suppose a popup is fine its just a solid tent. Generally when I have gone car camping it is with my brother and family and he brings mostly what he needs. I've generally mostly done hiking, backpacking, and dry camping so most of my gear is pretty minimalist. I have an ultralight tent which is actually surprisingly roomy, so I would likely just use that. But I bring a Jet boil for food for freeze dried or dry packed products, knife, small hatchet firestarting tools.

For car camping I'd like to get a set of cookware maybe and some larger lanterns, likely LED and I may even have a larger tent at my brothers but I probably wouldn't use it. I could see bringing a cooler with ice and meats for some variety in meals but other than that I am sort of at a loss to think what I might need to add or change.
