Did anyone else notice that Royce Gracie didn't have his hands wrapped for the fight?

Jimmy Smith noticed and nobody is really talking about it. I never thought the athletic commission would allow this. Something like this certainly can't help Bellator gain credibility as a legit promotion even though they haven't been doing themselves any favors by having these freakshow fights. Just a thought. I love Bellator but just found this interesting. Can you choose not to be taped up?
