How do deaf people think?

Recently I posted in shower thoughts but I figured I'd ask here too. So, if someone has been deaf since birth and never heard/spoke words, how is their thinking process compared to a non-deaf person? I always wondered if their thoughts are articulated through images or sign language rather than an actual speaking voice in their head.
