Will Xbox One exclusives be available on the PC?

Not here to start anything, just genuinely curious. My friend and I were going to buy an Xbox 1 since we wanted to play some Xbox Exclusives and having the PS4 already, it'd be nice to have both console exclusives now and down the road.

My other 3 friends however have some decent PC's that run most games at 60 FPS on high and every game at 60 on Medium. So we were also planning on going down that path. I did some research and came across some articles from a year - two years ago saying that Xbox Exclusives will be coming to Windows 10.

Just wanted to know if that was true. Which XB1 exclusives will be coming to Windows and which ones are already there? (Really interested in the Halo series and GoW)
