Choosing a Fight Stick

So alright. I was thinking of getting the Qanba Q1 which I hear was a great entry level fightstick, however I had to sort some stuff out with my debit card and I couldn't make the purchase. I go back to amazon to see the Qanba Q1 with a 150 euro price point. At this point I decided to give up on the stick and get either a Mayflash v2 or a Venom one. I am planning to use it mostly for SF5 and USF4 on my pc and both sticks work for pc (I think). However I also have a Xbox360 console, where I play Marvel vs Capcom. Only the Mayflash one works with xbox360 aswell so that is an added bonus. However, I am asking you guys about the quality of the sticks. Which one would you recommend. Do you think that the Venom stick is better than the Mayflash one to make me get it over it, even if that means abandoning my side xbox console. So I just want to hear your opinions, alright?
