Location of Tesla Main Page Video

I was just sitting watching the video that plays on Tesla's main page, and I was startled a bit when I noticed that one of the road signs was blue and white, and upon closer inspection, a Canadian/Ontario road sign. Kind of a nice gesture to us Canadian folk.

I was wondering if anyone else noticed this, and whether the stretch of road is known to anyone here. Some of the road signs in the opposite direction to the car's travel appear to be for US roads, so perhaps this is in the Niagara region just north of Niagara Falls?
