Alphabay cannot access my account because of 2FA

Here is the thing: I cannot access my account (i know the password) because of 2FA was put in place. I never put anything like 2FA and I never clicked weird links and even if I got fished why would they bother putting 2FA? If they knew the pin they'd just withdraw bitcoins. What is going on?
