Let me change the language!

I have my cellphone in Spanish, because I'm used to that... But I play games in english because it's always more stable, like in spanish it says that IG-86 gains crit per Jawa, not per droid.... I DON'T WANT to change my system language, and allowing us to change that it's like 16 hours of dev, max, counting design and develop of the feature... come on, think on everyone...
