Connection error 40002

I know Capcom has tweeted that they've got their servers running and all that jazz but the last few days I've been disconnected from pretty much every match I try to join, before it even starts. Heck, in battle lounge sometimes I'll play with someone, then rematch and get the error (so I know the connection is fine), and then we'll try again and it will work. To say nothing about ranked or casual, 9/10 the matches drop. When actually connected the game runs fine but getting there is a crapshoot!

Has Capcom said anything about this? Is anyone else having these issues?
