Need help with data transfer/no support ID error.

I broke my previous phone, so now I am trying to transfer the data to my new phone. My account is linked to Twitter and FB, but when I try to data transfer to new device, it gives me an error saying that support ID cant be found. Any idea what this is? I also tried contacting support, but considering the change from NUBEE to MyNet, i'm not sure if it will be provided at all. Appreciate any help I can get!
