Cannot start the Unearthed Quest - Ralis Sedarys won't speak to me

Sorry for posting this just after I posted it yesterday, but someone down-voted my post yesterday right after I posted it, making it impossible for anyone to see it or get any help.

There's my load order.

I've attempted to use "SetStage DLC2dunKolbjornQST 40" to start the quest, as well as

"SetStage DLC2dunKolbjornMiscQST 40"

I've also tried clicking on him and using "addtofaction 5c84d 1"

No clue why this is happening. Best guess is I read the book "Azhidal's Decent" or whatever it was, but because I read it too quickly and put it away, the mod "The Choice is Yours - Fewer Forced Quests" screwed it up somehow.

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

Thanks in advance!
