[Kalista] Q: Blood Thirster Or BORK?

Back a couple months ago doublelift would go runnans into blood thirster and demolish, i saw some people go it every now and then when he started that trend but now all i see is BORK into runnans? what happened to BT and runnans. Did it get nerfed or has it been forgotten?
