Kindred thoughts

why don't people play tank kindred? Kindred had a perfect kit for slows, the ultimate, and can do good damage with being tanks. Especially if you run a 2x marksman or have no real tanks on the team, wouldn't it be really effective in team fights to have a high mobility champ who can dodge skill shots with q and slows with e to target and help zone? Especially with the ultimate it could easily help keep your flimsy comp in shape in team fights. Thoughts??
