Who deserves my investment? (401k)

Retirement

As of January 1st, my company is matching my contribution (4% to my 5%, 3.5% to my 4%, 3% to my 3%, 2 to 2, 1 to 1) which I'm in love with.

We are given full control over how our contributions are allocated to the whole percent. Before I decide to distribute my contributions, I wanted to see how ya'll felt about it.

Background: I'm a 28yo male with a 32yo pregnant wife living in San Diego, CA. We're not struggling financially but we sure aren't comfortable. We live in a 1B/1B apt. and are looking to move. We can afford this investment opportunity, but I don't want to do it wrong.

The options are as follows.
