Is it normal to know when someone is jealous of you?

I don't mean to sound full of myself or anything, even I get jealous sometimes. But I can sense it especially in others. So much so that many times I would not share some good news or my artwork because I know it would make some specific people feel jealous of me. When people are jealous they tend to gossip/say bad things about you. That has happened to me in the past. So usually in order to avoid that, I would not share. However, there are also people who I would love to share with and know they would appreciate my work without becoming jealous. I just get bad vibes with certain people.

Is that an INFJ thing, or am I just abnormally suspicious?
