Paycheck question

I deposited my paycheck into my account via drive through ATM at my bank on New Year's, and to my horror, did not receive a deposit confirmation or anything of that matter. It ate my check. I immediately called claims and they added a temp credit to my account and thought they'd find it.

Today I received a letter saying they didn't find any notice of deposit, so they're reclaiming the temp credit. I checked my paystub on the walmart associate website and saw the check was not cashed yet. There was two options that said download and print though, is it possible to print it on paper and use that, or would I have to go to Wal-Mart and request a reprint? Can they do direct deposit instead?

I'd go in store and ask today but personal isn't working on Sunday, and I'd like to get as much information ahead of time, thank you for your time.
