Unlocked phone that works on Verizon around 300

I'm having a difficult time finding an unlocked phone that works under Verizon. I'm trying to purchase a replacement for my sister. I gave her my hand me down that is starting to crap out. I'm trying really hard to stay under 300$. I'm looking at unlocked phones purely due to the lack of bloatware Verizon and manufacturers puts on. I live in a different state then her so I can't easily root the phone.

I've looked at so many reviews/specs and it seems that 95% don't support CDMA/Verizon. The Huawei P8 Lite doesn't support CDMA. The Alcatel Idol 3 doesn't support CDMA and a slew of others. The only one I can find is the Motorola Moto G.

If anyone knows any phones that work on Verizon and at or around 300$, I would greatly appreciate it. I can't switch providers. Verizon provides far superior coverage to US rural areas that I'm in weekly.
