Grass popping up near character

So today I tried going to blackwrym and I lowered my graphical settings to slightly boost my fps.

I changed to optimization for low end PC as suggested by some thread in this subreddit.

After the blackwrym run, I noticed that grasses and some patches of small bushes starting to pop up near my character when running around.

I haven't seen any of these since I started 3 weeks ago, it happened right after I changed the graphic settings back to what it used to be.

They are really distracting and irritating as they reduce my fps.

Is there any fix for this? Yes I've tried restarting the client.
