The ONE TIME I let a friend smoke in my passenger seat, and now the upholstery is burned. What can I do to fix this?

I have a strict no smoking rule in my car. I broke that rule this morning for a good friend whom I was driving to work. She would not have had time to smoke otherwise.

Well, now there's a burn in my passenger seat and I feel foolish. But, there was also a big gouge in the driver's seat, as well as a teeny tiny burn on the driver's side door upholstery, from when I bought the car anyways--so I'm here for advice on how to fix them all.

Here are the damages:

So, I have a few questions for you knowledgeable folks:

  1. How much would it cost to just fix them at a shop or with a repair kit, and would that look good at all?
  2. How much would it cost to just replace all the upholstery, and how would I go about doing that in the cheapest and easiest way possible?
  3. How stupid is it that the ONE TIME--honestly, the ONE TIME I let someone smoke in my car they BURN THE THING. SERIOUSLY. How STUPID is that? How STUPID am I?

GOD DAMMIT am I ever PISSED.
