Supports desperately need a version of the Inspiration mastery

As a Support main I notice I'm always desperately behind in levels compared to my team. The mastery would be extremely helpful so Supports stay relevant in the mid/late game when they've been roaming all game and haven't gotten a chance to soak up any EXP.

EDIT: For the people saying the mastery was bad, I don't disagree with you, it could have been better. I'm not saying we need the exact same copy of the mastery, just a version that gives some sort of EXP boost to help under leveled supports.
