Zodiac Zeta Mahatma grind?

Just started this quest last night and I was curious. What is the drop rate of light for the Mahatmas currently? Is it one dungeon clear per Mahatma? Or is itnmore long and drawn outnlike the first batch ofnlight grinding(Nexus)?
