[PS4]I need to know if this is a known proximity chat issue for the PS4

I'd like to first ask you to excuse my rudeness.

The problem: Proximity chat works in PVE with my group. We go into Dark Zone it's still working UNTIL we cross some invisible line and then it stops working. Can no longer hear group whatsoever and they the same to others in the group. It completely cuts off.

I need to know if this a known issue. I don't care if it works for you with no problems and I'm not retarded I can set game chat to work as it DOES work for me in PVE.

I can't find any answers online and my previous thread had people telling me how to use a mic or other nonsense.

Sorry, but this is important that this is fixed going forward because this is a selling point for me.
