Connection interruption in Der Eisendrache

So several times in the last week I've made it to round 30+ only to lose connection to the host. When he goes down, I notice I start to lag. All three times this has happened the host has been down and someone has pulled out grav spikes. But there is a little lag after he goes down and before the grav spikes. This is so irritating because of how long it takes to get that high and because I am grinding zombie master calling cards and I'm not sure if my progress counts when this happens. Anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix?
