[Troubleshooting] My graphics card is crashing.

[Solved] Hi there, so I own a Sapphire 7970 Ghz edition. Every time I try to run any game the video drivers crash and restart. Now I tried resetting my computer multiple times. I went as far as reinstalling windows 10 twice. What I want to know is my graphics card?
