Kerrah (First run revisions)

Hi, Hoping to get approval for the updated version of Kerrah.
I removed Boost Agility and added enhanced vision: thermo & telescopic.
Spent Karma and added 2 skills: Throwing & Palming.
Turns out they are useful.
