[Event] The Republic of Persia to produce her first Aircraft Carrier.

A growing naval power, The Persian Armed Force's recently announced that they were finally designing their first Aircraft Carrier.

A collaborative project with SCO, The Aircraft Carrier will be one of the largest in the region; heavily based upon The Russian Kuznetsov Carrier.

Named "The Rostam Class", The newly designed Aircraft Carrier will be a Short-Take-Off type vessel.

Current estimates put a 1.1 Billion Dollar Price-Tag on the vessel, with 1-3 years of R&D, followed by 4-6 years of production. Persia ask's her SCO allies to assist in production; cutting down the production and research times.

Persia ALSO ask's Russia for production right's, as for she is interested in installing the latest military technology.
