Whats up with pregnancy dreams??

So, to start off, I never even remotely ever want to have children. Which is why I'm really confused about why I keep having dreams about being pregnant.

I start off in the dream with my usual random and unremembered dream stuff and then it kind of drifts off to me like "Oh. I'm pregnant." But dream me isn't surprised. There is never a father present, even though I'm in a relationship.

This last one I had really messed me up because through half of the dream, I was pregnant then I'm aware of my water breaking and beginning to go into labor, and then suddenly there's a baby but I don't know what the sex is and I never see it's face. My baby is being passed around by members of my family, but the trippiest thing is that half of the family there are dead. I'm aware of this but, again, I'm not really surprised that they're there.

When I finally woke up, I had to actually check that I didn't have a baby because it was just so damn vivid. Has anyone else has these super vivid dreams about being pregnant and can someone please give me an idea of what they're supposed to mean because they're kind of driving me nuts.
