Using kief in the solo

Hey vaporents! I posted here yesterday about choosing between an arizer air and solo (ending up staying with the solo), and i had a few questions about using kief in the stems.

Getting onto my question, how do i use kief in the solo? Can i just pack it in the stem? Or do i have to put a layer of flower under it first?

Also, i would love to hear what temperature settings you guys vape on, and for how long?
