[Meta] Is there a subreddit like negareddit, but for more serious/moderate productive discussion?

Negareddit is great for what it is, and I want to do more than just complain. I'd like to discuss issues, be self-aware in the process, and work toward things like mutual understanding and productive solutions.

I've heard r/negaredditpraxis was created for sort of more serious negareddit-like discussions, but that it didn't really take off. Are there any other subreddits that sort of match what I've described?
