[Modern] Opinions on Kiki Chord?

So, is Kiki Chord actually a good deck? Or, is Hoogland just so proficient with his list that it doesn't mattter if it's good or not? He's top 8'd three Modern tournaments in a row, and seems to consistently put up results. Yet, for some reason, no one else seems to be picking up the deck.

If it is that good, what reason is there to play it over Abzan Company or Angel Chord?
