I'm in a competition, help me improve my voice

I tried posting here before, but reddit is seriously confusing. Thing is, I'm in a competition with the song I have linked. And I'd really like some feedback on my singing :) The link is just to the song on youtube, I'm not tricking you in to voting, I just need a little help with the voice. I know the quality on the sound is a bit.. well, uhm.. Shit. It's recorded on my phone.
