Help finding replacement piece for light fixture.

We have a chandelier purchased about 7 years ago, most likely from Lowe's. It has 6 uplights and 2 downlights that are covered by a glass globe. I'm not exactly sure how it happened, but our housekeeper somehow managed to break a resin piece that held up the globe. The globe itself is not damaged at all despite the fall it took.

These photos show the broken resin piece with measurements and a similar piece from another, smaller lighting fixture in our home.

I am sure there is some way to find a piece to replace this one but have no idea how to go about searching for it. I do not know the manufacturer or model and cannot find those details anywhere on the fixture (even on the inside of the plate that covers the ceiling box). Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
