Moving to Vegas In a month. Any nicer apartments with a college crowd?

I'm looking for an apartment to move into, near unlv. I want something nicer, but with a party atmosphere, college kids etc where rich mom and dad probably paid for. If you have any suggestions, let me know! Thanks for the help
