Any way to reset the data?

I'm really just looking for any way to start over, I created a Valkyrie crusade account a few years ago, and it's pretty much just a useless account with a bunch of rares. I really want to try out the newbie features, like the special campaigns, but since I can't reset the data, I won't be able to--

Can anyone help with this? I tried resetting the data using bluestacks, but merely deleting the shared_prefs folder doesn't work on this app, unlike some others I play.
